For benefits platforms
chit, for your marketplace
Your members are already buying work gear with their home-office and professional-development balances. This is the operational detail for putting a category that does not exist yet — capture and note-taking hardware — in front of them.

Fit
Where it fits
Work and productivity, home office, professional development. Not wellness — and we would rather say so. Wellness is the category most likely to be reimbursed as taxable income to the member and the least likely to survive an audit of what the plan was for. A recorder used at work is equipment.
Operations
The operational answers
- Product
- chit one, a card-sized AI voice recorder. One button, hold to record. No wake word and no always-on microphone.
- Price
- $129 for chit one, $179 for chit one Pro, one-time. A $9/month membership runs the transcription and daily brief, and starts 14 days after checkout.
- Category
- Work and productivity equipment. Not a medical device, and we make no health claims.
- Fulfilment
- We fulfil and support directly. Built to order, currently about three weeks from order to delivery, shipped free within the contiguous United States.
- Returns
- Free 30-day returns, handled by us. One-year limited warranty.
- Receipts
- Every order sends an itemised invoice PDF — merchant, date, line items, total, payment method — plus a permanent link that always returns a current copy. Built for reimbursement review.
- Contracting
- W-9 available on request. We can complete vendor onboarding, security review and insurance documentation; tell us your process and we will tell you honestly what we already hold and what we would need to obtain.
- Discount
- We are set up to fund a channel discount and are open to discussing where in the usual marketplace range it lands. We will not quote you someone else's terms.
What we already do without a listing
Members reimburse chit today through ordinary receipt submission — no integration required, and none of it needs your permission. We publish per-platform guidance for twelve platforms, each step cited to that platform's own published documentation, with the date it was read. If anything on those pages misstates your process, tell us and we will correct it the same day.
Forma · Benepass · Compt · Espresa · Fringe · JOON · Lively · Expensify · Ramp · Brex · Zoho Expense · Justworks
Two things we will not do
We will not imply a partnership we do not have — no logos, and every guide carries a line saying we have no relationship with the platform it describes. And we will not describe your process from guesswork: where we cannot read a platform's documentation, the page says so and falls back to generic guidance rather than inventing steps.
